Valentine’s Sleigh Ride Dinner
Join us for a romantic and unforgettable Valentine's Day experience. Start with a scenic sleigh ride through the winter wonderland, followed by a luxurious 5-course dinner at Hunters Grille. Check-in will be at Bar 81 where guests can grab a drink before being picked up by the shuttle which will transport you to and from the property for your convenience.

TIME:
- 4, 5 and 6pm: Sleigh Ride will take roughly 50-55min inclusive of travel, 30-40min sleigh ride, and station/fire pit break. Dinner post Event.
CHECK-IN:
- Guests will meet in BAR81 and then board the shuttle. Please register at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled session; or earlier for your drink (3pm)

Five-Course Menu:
First Course | Cupid's Kiss Baked Brie en Croûte
Warm brie wrapped in golden puff pastry with Michigan cherry preserves, toasted almonds, and honey drizzle. Served with crostini.
Second Course | Sweetheart Harvest Salad
Mixed greens with dried cherries, candied pecans, pickled red onions, goat cheese, and cranberry vinaigrette.
Third Course | Heart Warmer Roasted Tomato Bisque
Rich roasted tomato bisque finished with cream and fresh basil, served with a grilled cheddar cheese, gruyere cheese crostini finished with jalapeno jelly.

Fireside Reserve Ribeye
Ribeye with Red Wine Demi-Glace
Grilled filet mignon served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, broccolini, glazed baby carrots, and red wine demi-glace.
Amour Marry Me Chicken
Tender seared chicken breast finished in a rich sun-dried tomato cream sauce with garlic, herbs, and Parmesan.
Served with wild rice and a smooth roasted parsnip purée.
Woodland Romance Ravioli (Vegetarian)
Wild Mushroom & Butternut Squash Ravioli
Cheese ravioli tossed with wild mushrooms, roasted butternut squash, spinach, parmesan, and brown butter sage cream sauce.
Fifth Course | Sweetheart's Strawberry Cheesecake
Vanilla cheesecake topped with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries, served with raspberry coulis and whipped cream.
