Guidelines
We are open to supporting your Otsego County-based charity, initiative, or event.Â
Complete the application form, including submission of a formal letter or donation request. Please allow at least 45 days for us to consider your donation request.
Only requests submitted through this form will be reviewed. We do not accept requests via phone, email, or mail. Submissions are reviewed once a month, and you will be notified by email if we approve your request.
