Sleigh Ride Dinner
Start with a scenic sleigh ride through the winter wonderland, followed by a luxurious 5-course dinner at Hunters Grille.
Check-in will be at Bar 81 where guests can grab a drink before being picked up by the shuttle which will transport you to and from the property for your convenience. Please note that guests are required to pre-select their entrée when booking their reservation. TIME:
5 and 6pm: Sleigh Ride will take roughly 50-55min inclusive of travel, 30-40min sleigh ride, and station/fire pit break. Dinner post Event.
CHECK-IN:
Guests will meet in BAR81 and then board the shuttle. Please register at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled session; or earlier for your drink (4:30p)

Five-Course Menu:
• First Course | Michigan Cherry BBQ Meatballs - Tender beef and pork meatballs glazed in a sweet and smoky Michigan cherry barbecue sauce, finished with scallions.
• Second Course | Winter Harvest Salad - Mixed greens with roasted butternut squash, dried cherries, candied walnuts, pickled red onions, goat cheese, and maple cider vinaigrette.
• Third Course | Roasted Root Vegetable Bisque - A smooth winter bisque made with roasted carrots, parsnips, sweet potato, and herbs, finished with cream and served with a toasted garlic crostino.
• Fourth Course | ENTRÉE SELECTION - Guest choice of one entrée
Braised Beef Short Ribs - Slow-braised beef short rib served over buttermilk mashed potatoes with roasted winter vegetables and an apple cider demi-glace.
Herb-Roasted Airline Chicken Breast - Herb-roasted airline chicken breast served with buttermilk mashed potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, and a creamy roasted garlic pan sauce.
Wild Mushroom & Winter Vegetable Wellington (Vegetarian) - Flaky puff pastry filled with wild mushrooms, roasted winter vegetables, spinach, and herbed cheese, served with roasted potatoes and a mushroom demi-glace.
• Fifth Course | Warm Apple Crisp - Northern Michigan apples baked with cinnamon oat crumble, served warm with vanilla bean ice cream and caramel drizzle.

- Bar will be available for guests to purchase additional cocktails.
