Conveniently located at the base of our hill, the Skier Services building is your one-stop ski shop in Gaylord, Michigan to take care of all your winter needs. Inside Skier Services you'll find our fully stocked ski shop, lift tickets and equipment rentals. You can also purchase or pick up your season passes here.

Plus, the ski shop is stocked with plenty of outerwear and apparel to keep you feeling cozy and looking stylish! You’ll find brands like Alp N Rock, Bula, Burton, Gordini, Helly Hansen, Kombi, O’Neill, SCOTT, and Under Armour on our racks.

If you’re in the market for gear, we carry helmets by Bern, Anon, and SCOTT. Need some fresh goggles? We have Spy, SCOTT, Bern, and Bolle goggles you’ll love. And of course the ski shop has tons of accessories, souvenirs, and everyday stuff to keep you toasty on the slopes!

Even the best skis and snowboards need regular maintenance and tuning. Well-tuned equipment is the key for finding the best performance and the most excitement. You can find our skis, boots, bindings & tuning services in the Demo Building right next to rental pick-up. Our tuning services include:
